Day 2: Healthy Eating

One of the biggest obstacles to overcome is meal planning. As an on-the-go DJ and Radio Show Host, it’s hard to plan meals. The NutriMost System has already helped me plan, not only the type of meals I’m going to eat, but the nutrition of each item I’m consuming. It’s not easy. It’s hard to go from eating cheeseburgers and pizza to a plate full of vegetables and small side of protein. However, I’m committed to changing the way I eat, which will ultimately change the way live….HEALTHY and WELL.
