Colorado Residents Who Don’t Identify With Either Gender Can Choose X On Driver’s License

Beginning Nov. 30th Colorado residents who do not identify as either gender can choose to display their sexual identity as X on their Driver’s License.

This change is occurring after two court cases in Colorado which ruled in favor of Colorado residents looking to change their gender identity on their official documents.

Colorado joins Minnesota which gave residents the right to choose X as a gender symbol in October.
