  1. Rapper XXXTentacion Shot Dead In South Florida

20-year-old rapper XXXTentacion was shot in his car after shopping for motorcycles in South Florida. 
The shooting occurred at the recreational vehicle dealership Riva Motorsports in Deerfield Beach, Florida. 
His new album reached No. 1 on the Billboard charts even as he faces a slew of criminal charges for domestic violence, including aggravated battery of his pregnant girlfriend.
Spotify and Apple Music also removed him from their promoted playlists last month, but later reinstated him after backlash from other rappers and record labels.

2. ‘Big Brother 20’ houseguests announced

If you are ready for some mindless summer entertainment, the cast of Big Brother 20 has been announced.
Among the 16 houseguests there’s a flight attendant, undercover cop, day trader, female pro football trainer and a Las Vegas entertainer.
The show winner gets $500,000. The voyeurism starts on CBS on June 27th.

As if JAY-Z didn’t already have an awesome weekend with the release of his new album with wife, Beyonce, his week is shaping up to be pretty good as well, as he starts it off with the announcement of being the new President for Puma’s basketball operations.

The sneaker brand is re-entering the NBA Sneaker world and has already signed some top names to be a part of the re-launch. The NBA’s #1 draft pick along with Marvin Bagley III, and Texas Tech’s Zhaire Smith all made Puma’s roster.

JAY-Z will be in charge of selecting more players to be a part of Puma’s team along with helping with the direction of the brand.
