A restaurant in Maine that made the news after announcing they were getting their lobsters high before they would boil them has been told to quit!
Charlotte Gill from Legendary Lobster Pound believed that using marijuana first to relax the lobsters was ‘more humane’, then just dumping them in the pot.
Charlotte Gill grows her pot legally, but State Health Officials stepped in to say that food “affected by marijuana” is still illegal to sell.
Legendary Lobster Pound employees submitted urine tests after eating the lobsters and there was no trace of THC.
